Applicant must belong to the healthcare sector such as Doctors, Surgeons, Nurses, Paramedics, Healthcare Administrators, Medical Researchers, Public Health Leaders, or Healthcare Institutions.
Applicant must currently be associated with a recognized hospital/clinic/healthcare institute/medical organization in India.
Minimum 1 year of professional healthcare service is required to apply.
All information and documents submitted must be true, valid, and not misleading.
Nominees may undergo verification of documents and credentials by the organizing committee.
Any individual under suspension or involved in disciplinary/legal action is not eligible.
Healthcare institutions must be legally registered. Clinics or centers without proper registration are not eligible.
For public health or social initiative category, proper proof of work such as media coverage, government certification, or NGO/CSR association is required.
Supporting documents such as degrees, registration certificates (e.g., MBBS/MD/BDS/Nursing License/Paramedical Certificate), identity proof, and experience certificates must be uploaded.
Nominee must not have been convicted in any court of law or be associated with any medical negligence proven by court/governing authority.
Any fraudulent information will result in immediate disqualification and legal action if required.
The decision of the jury/selection committee will be final and binding.
Organizing authority reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
Participation in the award process implies acceptance of all terms & conditions.
Healthcare professionals — including doctors, nurses, paramedics, researchers, and healthcare institutions — play a vital role in protecting lives and improving community health. The nominee must be a registered healthcare
professional/institution (Doctor/Nurse/Paramedic/Hospital/
Clinic/Medical NGO/Health
Worker).
Must have demonstrated ethical, compassionate, and patient-centric care consistently.
Should not have any disciplinary action, medical negligence case, or suspension pending or proven against them.
Proven clinical excellence in diagnosis, treatment, and patient outcomes.
Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and transparency in medical services.
Social responsibility initiatives – charity healthcare support, elderly care, special-needs care, tribal/rural medical service, etc.
Contribution to public health improvement, preventive healthcare, awareness programs, or community medicine.
Must have adopted new medical technologies, digital healthcare systems, tele-medicine, or process innovation for better patient care.
Evidence of leadership, teamwork, and coordination among staff, patients & community.
Patient reviews, community feedback, or positive recognition from healthcare bodies considered.
Hospital/clinic must have valid registration, licenses, safety & hygiene compliance (for institutional nominations).
Minimum 1 years of professional service required (exceptions allowed for exceptional innovation or public-health effort).
Participation or initiative in health camps, free screenings, vaccination drives, blood donation, health awareness programs.
Training, skill development, continuous learning through CMEs/medical workshops/conferences.
Contribution to research, medical innovation, medical writing, or evidence-based practice (if applicable).
Special consideration for efforts during COVID-19 or emergency medical crisis.
Ans. The National Healthcare Award are organized by “Be The Change Foundation” to honor outstanding healthcare professionals, hospitals, institutions, and social health contributors for their exemplary service and achievements.
Ans. Registered doctors, surgeons, nurses, paramedical professionals, hospitals, clinics, healthcare NGOs, medical social workers, and emergency response teams can apply.

Ans. Yes. Download the nomination form from the website, fill it, and email it along with documents to healthcareaward@gmail.com.
Ans. Professional registration certificate, ID proof, service proof, supporting documents for achievements, and reference letters (if available).
Ans. The last date for submission is February 28, 2026.
Ans. Applications will be reviewed by an expert committee of the Foundation. Selection is based on merit, transparency, and eligibility criteria.
Ans. Awardees will receive a Trophy, Honor Certificate, Shawl, and Memento.
Ans. Nomination fee is Rs. 10,000/- and can be paid online through the portal.
